FAQs
How long do the grinders last?
Under normal usage conditions, the grinders can last for multiple years. Some parts such as electric brushes and grinding blades need to be replaced as they wear out.
What is the warranty policy?
Asaga offers warranty on the motor of the grinder, provided the user follows the instructions outlined in the user’s manual. The warranty period is six (6) months from the date on which the grinders are purchased. Customers need to have the original receipt with the explicit purchase date on the receipt.
How long do the grinding blades last?
It depends on how often you use the grinder. For regular family usage, the blades should last over 12 months or longer. If you use the grinder more frequently as a business, you may want to replace the blades with a shorter interval.
Can I wash the grinder with water?
No, but you could use wet (but not water dripping) cloth to wipe/clean the grinder. Please refer to the user’s manual for more details.
How long do the electric brush last?
It depends on how often you use the grinder. For regular family usage, each pair of brushes should last 3-6 months or even longer. If you use the grinder more frequently as a business, you may want to replace the electric brushes with a shorter interval. Make sure you replace the electric brushes in a pair.
Can I use the grinder to grind nuts, sesames, etc.?
No. The grinder is for dry foods – that’s why it’s called Dry Food Grinder (DFG). Watery and oily products will stick to the walls of the grinding chamber and make it hard to clean.
